Mr. Sheik Basheer has over 28 years of experience in the banking and financial service sector's Financial, Operational, Corporate Governance and Regulatory Compliance areas. He was holding various  positions with  middle east organisations such as 

ANZ Grindlays Bank,

International Bank of Qatar and

Lifecare International Qatar from 1991 to 2015.

The latest role was with

Lifecare International Dubai from 2016 to 2019 as Head of Corporate Governance and Operations Executive. 
He is holding Degree in Economics and MBA in Banking Finance.
His professional certification includes Chartered Institute for Securities & Investments (CISI UK) QFC Regulatory Compliance and  Certified Anti Money Laundering Specialist  from ACAMS(US). 
He is passionate in sports and travel.

Mr. Chandrasekar - Commercial Director

Mr. Chandrasekar is directing the Sustainable Organic Natural Agriculture Land Development Project - EAFARMS in India.He is also VP of EnviroApps Inc India operations and held AVP position at UOB Bank at Singapore. He has converted a severely artificial chemical utilized farm into Sustainable Organic Natural Agriculture practicising farm and converted it into a Regenerative Farm. He has vast experience in Information Technologies including CRM, Natural Farming Techniques and converting produce to value added products. He has been converting Agricultural wastes into useful products along the prinicples of Zero Budget Natural Farming techniques. He is involved in executing Food Forests in various farms near Pollachi area.
Mr Chandrasekar has completed Masters degree in Foods and Nutrition at PSGCAS, Bharathiar University and Advanced Diplomas in Information Technology.He is also involved in sustainable agriculture produce commercialization.

Dr. Chandrasekaran Raman Technical Director

Dr. Chadrasekaran Raman is a Senior level Research Scientist working in Immunology/ Immunotoxicology Hybridoma/MAB development at Thermo Fisher Scientific. He had hed various Scientist positions at Aragen BioSciences, Genentech, XenoPort Inc, Bayhill Therapeutics Inc, California Pacific Medical Center. His Research interest include Tumor Immunology, In vivo xenograft and syngenic tumor models to evaluate eficacy of biologics and combination therapy. Development of new disease models, PK/PD, WBA and toxicity studies using rats and mice, tumor targeting studies for Xenoport proprietary compounds using nude and SCID mice with different tumor cell lines, establishing mouse model of baclofen induced hypothermia to screen GABA-B agonists and antagonists, haloperidol induced spasticity model for in house drug development screening, tail flick assay for pain in both rats and mice,multiple autoimmune disease models (NOD, Lupus, EAE), establishing models for Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD), and sub acute toxicity studies with proprietary Bay Hill therapeutics. He has a Masters in Environmental Toxicology from University of Madras. M.Phil in Environmental Mutagenesis and PhD in cancer-genetics from Bharathiar University and Post doctoral fellow - Genetic Toxicology from National Institute of Immunology and Post Doc Fellow - Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Rush University.
He is also a long time volunteer in AYSO - Youth Soccer Development.

Dr. Rahman

Dr Rahman has 20+ years of industrial and academic experience in R&D, innovation, management, and commercialization. He served as an Associate Professor at University of Portsmouth and Teesside University and founded TeeGene Biotech and Tara Biologics. He is a visiting Professor at SOA University (India) and has visited most of the IIT's and Research Institutions in India as part of British Councils delegations and collaborating with them on UN sustainable Development goals on Health Care and Environmental Sustainability. He has been part of many R&D research projects including Plastic degrading enzymes, Soap from Agricultural wastes and Sustainable Clean water treatment. He has established a strong international consortium with Europe, USA, India, New Zealand, UAE and China. Dr Rahman has completed doctorate degree in Environmental Microbiology at Bharathiar University, MPhil Env Sci at Anna University and Advanced Biomanufacturing of Biopharmaceuticals Course at University of Cambridge (UK). His vast technical and management experience in biotechnology lead to various cutting-edge technologies, product discovery, scale-up, tech-transfer and commercialization.

Prof. Dr. A. A. Mohamed Hatha - R&D Director

Dr. Mohamed Hatha, currently Professor in the Department of Marine Biology, Microbiology and Biochemistry, Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT), has over 25 years of teaching and research experience in the field of environmental/ food/ marine microbiology. He started off his career in the seafood industry as Head of Quality Assurance division of the firm. During his 3 years stint as Quality Assurance Chief of seafood processing and exporting firm, he has developed HAACP based production in seafood industry for the first time in India and was also able to get the coveted USFDA A listing for the company. Since then he is consultant to leading seafood exporter from India. Dr. Hatha moved to teaching and research in 1996 and since then taught and researched at various institutions in India and abroad. Over the years Dr. Hatha has gained hands on expertise in the field of environmental microbiology, ranging from tropical to polar habitat. He led the Indian Arctic expedition in 2009 and participated in the field collections in the Arctic in 2011 and 2016. In 2020 he took part in the 39 th Scientific Expedition to Antarctica (39 th ISEA). Being a Fulbright Scholar, Dr. Hatha has established research collaborations with leading universities such Danish Technological University (International Sewage Project), Niigata University (International Marine Biology Course), Michigan State University (USA), World health Organization (as part of Global Foodborne Network) besides several Indian research institutes such as National Centre for Antarctic and Polar Research. Besides being Professor in the Department of Marine Biology, CUSAT, he is currently Director of CUSAT-NCPOR Centre for Polar Sciences at CUSAT and also Co-ordinator, Centre of Excellence in Marine Biology at CUSAT. Over the years Dr. Hatha has brought in more than 50 Million INR to the university through extramural funding and implemented 13 major research projects funded by DST, UGC, MoES, ISRO, KSCSTE etc. He is also regular consultant to King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM), L&T, KITCO, Jacobs CES, etc. and takes up consultancy projects on marine environmental survey for EIA projects of Cochin Port Trust, Cochin Shipyard and several other major infrastructure projects of Kerala state. Dr. Hatha has published extensively and author of several well cited research papers. One of his major area of research is on drug resistant bacteria from environmental and food samples, where he is a leading researcher in India. Dr. Hatha has travelled widely and visited all continents including Antarctica. He has developed systems for carbon neutral living at home, by installing a grid connected solar power plant for his entire needs, rain water harvesting, recycling of organic wastes and leaf litter for use in a small scale organic farm at his home front.

Dr. Makesh Karuppiah - Technical Director (International - USA )

Dr. Makesh Karuppiah is an Environmental Scientist and Information Technology with vast experience in developing projects and implementing them successfully in both fields. He has been designing and developing Projects both in United States and in India. His technical areas include ecotoxicology, sustainable project development, environmental modeling, pharmaceutical stability, computer applications in environmental projects, Data Governance, Data compliance, Universal Database designing and development, and wireless applications in Environmental field. Dr. Karuppiah published several research papers in refereed International Journals such as Chemosphere, Journal of Hazardous materials and Ecotoxicology and Environmental Safety. He has applied various computer technologies including Data Science, Fuzzy Logic, Relational Data Base Management Systems (RDBMS), and mobile apps in diversified Projects. He has guided and collaborated group of scientists and software engineers to successfully complete various projects in USA and in India. Dr. Karuppiah has two Masters Degrees in Environmental Sciences from Bharathiar University, India, a Masters degree in Computer Sciences and a PhD in Environmental Sciences from University of Maryland, USA. He had worked as a visiting Assistant Professor at University of Maryland teaching Environmental Sciences to under graduate and graduate students and delivered various technological Seminars in India, in Europe and in United States. He is serving as executive and technical advisor in diversified companies.
